There’s an empty block of land near my house that has zoned and offered for sale for development. Recently a very large sign appeared giving developers a choice.
“Resturaunt or Funeral Parlour”
… well, I can see the similarities. Cold storage for meat. Ovens. That sort of thing…

An ad for K-Mart was just on the TV, specifically a toy sale they are having.
They advertised “25th Anniversary Edition Care Bear”. Damn I feel old.
