I know, I said I’d post more. You know what I’m like.
About the knee first: I have a persistent oedema in the bone at the end of my femur. basically, when I chipped bone off, and it sort of healed, it left a gap that’s allowing fluid into the bone. This makes a bruise. On the contact point of my leg bones.
It’s like smacking your leg on the coffee table in *exactly* the same spot, *every single day*.
So I have pain to some degree all the time. What can be done? Nothing, according to the specialist I saw. he wasn’t confidant of not doing more damage in an attempt to fix it.
So, I’m going to try to manage it for a while, anti-inflammatories, piankillers, glucosamine and other buzz products, and see how I go.
Maybe a second opinion is pending.
Now about this site. I’ve updated and cleaned up plugins, Friendfeed streams, twitter posting and stuff to make it all sort of mesh together like it kind of was before.
I’m also going to change the layout. My grand idea of blogging and gathering income has died in the arse, no surprise there, so I’ll go back to a more casual look and feel. Now that I have an iPhone, I hope I can contribute in more ways, more often, hence the meshing.
Daily posts of my google reader shares, tweets, stumbles, whatever will go up, as well as friendfeed things getting tweeted…twittered…whatevered.
I do stuff online everyday, just not here, specifically, so maybe, instead of just blog posts hand crafted by me, this can be a feed site, and interested people can see what I’m up to.
